  • Does your target audience understand what your business is all about, in the matter of seconds you have to capture their attention?

  • What do you want users to do when they arrive at your website?

  • What does a conversion look like to you, and what’s reasonable to expect a prospective customer to complete on your site?

  • Are you using your social media channels in the way your audience will use them (and sometimes it’s easy to forget that you are not necessarily your target audience)?

1. The Once Over.

Designed to take in the totality of what your business is currently doing across your digital channels. What’s going on in the market and what quick wins there might be. Presented in an easy to understand, and action oriented format.

If analytics software (such as Google Analytics) & tracking is not set up, I would recommend an initial set up (including liaising with any developers as needed), and two week period to allow for initial data collection.

I was once asked “What ROI will I get from hiring you?”. The answer is, in your own data. Will you get ROI from investing in marketing? Yes. How much? That depends!

Monthly+Review

2. Monthly Progress.

Based on the findings from the Once Over.

Executing the quick wins and longer term recommendations, including set up and running of regular reporting and analysis on progress, recommendations on channel mix and a small scale one off test of a channel.

Bespoke

3. The Works.

In some cases you might know that you want to run with a (or a combination of) specific digital channels.

In this instance I’ll create you a totally bespoke package.

Created individually based on the business, built starting with the Once Over to audit the current progress, and then leading to building out a strategy and plan from the analysis.
