I am a freelance Marketing Consultant with 13 years’ experience working in a wide range of business sizes and industries. From early stage startups through to large brands with international reach.

My approach is to deep dive into your organisation, to understand your current business metrics and how I might, with a Marketing lens, be able to move you on to the next stage of growth.

Building iterative marketing test & learn plans. Turning these into playbooks to scaleably grow businesses, to understand core KPIs and track against growth ambitions. Build out a repeatable marketing playbook for new verticals, geographies or industry growth.

●     Content Strategy, CRM & Partnerships
Defining key content personas and how onsite content, Blog, Social, SEO & PR content can work to serve these personas and grow the business. Creating a content calendar and content for Blogs, Social Media, Newsletters & Press Releases. Working through partnership strategy and testing key partner brand & influencer reach for cost-effective reach and lead generation growth. CRM digita migration & strategy aligned with GDPR implementation.

●     Digital Marketing Consultancy
Identifying key target markets and building segmented outbound marketing communications strategy. I can consult and execute the right mix of Re-marketing, Google Adwords & Paid Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter campaigns.
 
●     Ecommerce Shop Delivery
Scoping, costing & build of Ecommerce shop, staff training and process changes to deliver additional sales channels to drive revenue growth.

●     Out Of Home
Working through maximising exposure in hyper local focus geographies, supporting brand awareness with cost-effective Out Of Home Advertising placements, including billboards, car wraps, tube advertising. Measuring ROI on campaigns & uplift across channels.

 


My previous roles have been across multiple online and offline businesses, and include:

blow LTD

The first marketing hire at blow LTD, I was tasked with bringing the beauty on-demand business to market, managing growth across the physical store formats and saw them through seed-stage, to Series A funding and multi-location expansion.

My achievements at blow LTD includes:

  • Delivering 60,000 downloads of newly launched customer app in first 12 months of implementation.

  • Delivering 30%+ MoM growth in revenues and new customers, delivering new business to plan in first 18 months of operation.

  • Delivering ROI on customer aquisition in first 12 months of launch.

  • Defining company wide cross-sell and upsell opportunities between ecommerce, physical store and marketplace model business.

  • Delivered a 200% improvement in conversion numbers in 3 months through improved UX.


Paddy Power

Delivering eGaming Channel growth, managing products across Mobile and Desktop platforms.

Utilising TV, Radio, Digital, CRM & Direct Mail Channels. 

My achievements at Paddy Power included:

  • Record breaking TV & Radio campaign, delivering +56% increased performance versus previous campaign.

  • Defined new processes to deliver content across multiple distribution touchpoints - project managed delivery in a cross-functional working group with 4 separate teams and board level visibility.

  • Delivering 360 campaign including viral game and paid-for game to customers.

  • Delivering offline direct mail pack with 80% response rate.


The Guardian

Executing & Informing the Guardian Subscriber acquisition strategy. Forecasting and planning, Relationship management, Sales conversion funnel improvements, external agency management.

My achievements at The Guardian:

  • Increased sales conversions by 150% following research and UX testing recommendations.

  • Established new SEM channels and Direct Mail campaigns – activity accountable for incremental +10% weekly sales.

  • Increase active subscribers by 130% in 12 months.
